GRANDPA’S CEREAL FOR ONE PERSON

 

Half cup of milk and half cup of water, put into cereal bowl.

 

Table Spoon Lecithin

 

3/4 table spoon of ground up seeds and nuts

 

Heaping tablespoon of flax seed

 

Heaping table spoon of oat bran or 3 heaping table spoons of porridge

 

Microwave for 7 minutes full-power

 

At 3 minutes stir well.  Watch it, at 1 minute stop and let it settle.  Don’t let it overflow.
